Housekeeping

Cleaning Products

All properties are stocked and cleaned with Bio D products; from washing up liquid, hand wash, toilet cleaner, glass and mirror cleaner, Anti-Bacterial Sanitiser. All products are ecologically friendly and vegan.

Bio-D offer a range of cleaning products suitable for everyone. Made in the UK from ethically sourced ingredients and our bottles are made from 100% recyclable packaging, our products are some of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions on the market.

We’re trying to make a difference…

At The Marigolds we are committed to being plastic free, ecologically friendly, and sustainable; using biodegradable cleaning products, such as sponges and dishwasher tabs, and plastic free toilet rolls. We also refill our cleaning products (hand wash, toilet cleaner etc) for the arriving guests to help reduce unnecessary plastic waste.

Laundry & Linen Hire

The Marigolds can cater all your laundry needs, from owner´s own linen to commercial linen.

For owners own linen The Marigolds work very closely together with The Laundry Box in Trewellard. This is a small business run by its owners John and Tamsyn Stock who we have been collaborating with for at least 9 years.

For hired linen The Marigolds work very closely with Mounts Bay Linen Hire in Longrock. Mounts Bay provide 3 unique linen hire ranges for you to choose from, which include ‘Classic’, ‘Luxury’ and ‘Premium’.

Both, own or hired include collection and delivery to and from your holiday home and providing the best quality linen to our guests.

Property Management

The Marigolds specialise in delivering a trusted and hassle free changeover.

We understand that you may not live nearby your holiday home therefore The Marigolds offer a Property Management Service to ensure your property is cared for whilst you’re away. 

We cover all the property maintenance needs. With a list of tradesmen and women including plumbers, electricians, handymen, landscapers, gardeners, hot tub specialists, and window cleaners, we can keep your property in a tip top condition.

Commercial Cleaning

At the Marigolds, we also provide a professional Commercial Cleaning service. Current clients include Clarence House Penzance Limited, the newly opened Creative Workspace Hub Pixel in Penzance. Previous client include The Music Ability Center Penzance.
